Eat Grab & Go — Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions​

Thank you for choosing Eat Grab & Go. The following terms apply to participation in our loyalty card scheme.

1. Earning stamps One stamp will be issued per qualifying purchase of a Grab & Go lunch item with a minimum spend of £4.95 per item.

2. Reward threshold Collect 9 stamps to redeem one (1) free reward item.

3. Reward item The reward entitles the holder to one item from the Eat Grab & Go Lunch Menu only. Additional extras, snacks, and beverages are excluded.

4. Card presentation The loyalty card must be presented at the time of purchase in order for stamps to be issued or a reward to be redeemed. Stamps cannot be added retrospectively.

5. Lost or damaged cards Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced, and any stamps accrued will be forfeited.

6. Use with other offers This scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly stated.

7. Non-transferable Loyalty cards and rewards are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

8. Amendments Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice.

9. Validity This scheme is valid until 31 December 2026.
